Avoid this salon

Avoid this salon unless you want attitude, attitude and more ATTITUDE. I've had 2 bad experiences here. The first time I went in to book an apt for highlights with Alex he couldn't give me the time of day. Knowing me, I was wearing a tshirt beat up old jeans and my blond hair in a pony tail and he just didn't think I was worth his time. He told me he wasn't taking any new clients (he had told my friends he is taking new clients but was booked straight up for a couple months). My friends said to give the place another go and recommended Oscar since Alex didn't take me. Oscar didn't even SHOW UP for my apt. This time, since I was on my way to a critical business meeting, I was dressed in an expensive Theory suit and shiny new Kate Spade pumps. Of course Alex was COMPLETELY apologetic that his associate didn't show up and asked me if he or someone else could do my hair for me (I had gone to the salon without washing it since I was specifically having it done for my meeting). I simply shrugged and left.

In a nutshell, this place is snobby and they pretend they're too booked to see you if you don't "look" the part. Then, when you do, they don't show up!
