GREAT SERVICE!! A couple of months ago my display on my Toshiba Satelite went out and I took it to New Dimension Service Solutions. They fixed my computer in a short time and at a very reasonable rate (better than Frys and Best Buy) The Staff was friendly and knows their stuff. Recently I had some configuration problems and since I'm from the older generation and not computer knowledgeable, I called NDSS and they had me talk to the Travis Cain, the owner. He helped me through my problem and even made a house call to help me configure my wireless network! GREAT SERVICE, GREAT PEOPLE and I would recommend New Dimensions Service Solution before any of the other computer Service companies.
Pros: GREAT Everything, from service, price, and even parking.

I never go out of my way to give “kudos” to businesses but in the “lack of customer service world” we live I wanted to express what a WONDERFUL experience I had with a small business in Concord, CA, New Dimensions Service Solutions. My laptop has been problematic for over the past 6 months and I’ve taken it to a couple of full service providers without resolution. I could tell from the beginning that New Dimensions’ staff was sincere as well as competent. They were able to diagnose the problem with my Toshiba Tecra and fixed it in a very short time without charging me an arm & a leg. They not only fixed my computer but they gained a valuable repeat customer who won’t hesitate to purchase my next notebook from them. I am going to recommend them to everyone. Sincerely Brock Johnson

After a terrible first (and second) impression, the owner of New Dimension stepped in and resolved the issues I had been having with their level of support and customer service. The owner has been working in the industry for 18+ years and understands what good customer service is. The same cannot be said for the others who work at New Dimension, and I strongly recommend that you avoid them.
Cons: Incompetent, no customer service
