Best Massage I've Ever Had
by clp0001
I have been here twice now. Once with my mom and once by myself and my mom and I both agreee that we got the best massages we had ever had. Upstairs they offer water with cucumber in it, which i loved. The spa wasn't large by any means, but the rooms were really nice and relaxing with just a hint of relaxing music and low lighting. The first woman I got gave me a deep tissue massage, which was amazing. She got every kink out of my body. I got a Swedish massage from Sally and it was just as good. Each woman used the same techniques that are far superior to other massages I have had. I have probably had 5 massages from other places in my life (not including the two from Sally Adams spa) and these were by far the best. By far. I am going again this weekend with my mom. Can't wait!
- Pros: best massage I've ever had
- Cons: quaint, not an elaborate spa
Fantastic!
by istangirl
I had a microdermabrasion and it was fantastic. I felt totally relaxed and my skin looked great. The atmosphere was quiet and comforting. The hand and foot massage was incredible. I was so relazed after having the facial - it was better than a massage.
- Pros: Very relaxing
- Cons: Parking

i have been seeing sally for regular facials over the past several months in preparation for my upcoming wedding and am incredibly happy with the results! my skin problems have cleared up and the fine lines that i have basically disappeared - a true miracle. i only wish i had started seeing sally on a regular basis sooner.
my fiance and i have both recieved massages from her... she is a gifted massage therapist as well.
- Pros: relaxed atmosphere, beautiful & spacious, reasonable prices
Amazing, healing experience

I have been going to Sally Adams for 4 years and she is the best. She really looks at your skin and advises the most suitable treatment. Her microdermabrasian is incredible -- the reslts were visible after one treatment. And her massage is truly healing. The experience is relaxing and you feel like you're in the presence of a caring big sister who will take care of you as long as you're there.
I love this place

Sally Adams creates a relaxing atmosphere just steps away from a bustling shopping and dining district!
The massage here is unsurpassed and really keep me going. Complete heaven. I have also had the best facials in my life here. Sally's microderm abrasion treatment is one of my favorites.
Finally, the line of products Sally Adams carries are phenomenal and help keep my skin looking great!
- Pros: Atmosphere, Great services, Great products
- Cons: Parking
Absolutely Glowing Skin...
by jules415
I've been a client of Sally Adams for a couple of years now. Her microdermabrasion facials are the best. My skin totally glows after a treatment. People always ask me how I keep my skin so healthy - I tell them that my facials help me maintain my glow. The atmosphere at the spa is always very relaxing and peaceful. Plus, the foot and neck massage helps relieve any stress you are holding on to.
- Pros: Good service, On-time, Reasonably priced
Poor, Poor Service

I've been to this spa twice, the first time to get my eyebrows waxed and reshaped. I was pleased, since the "owner" did a decent job. However, when I returned for my scheduled follow-up appointment a few weeks later I was not in their calendar. The receptionist acted as though I was lying! Why would I have wasted my time parking on an early Saturday morning in the Filmore for an eyebrow appointment? Once again, the "owner" came out and said she could do it. She hastily did my eyebrows and did a very poor job at that. She seemed annoyed that I was "wasting" her time on such a small ticket item. Perhaps, had I been there for $250 massage her attitude would have changed. They lost my future business and all referrals.
- Cons: Difficult parking, expensive, bad attitude
Soul and Peace Spa 7
by acham
Spa Seven isn't one of the over the top retro try to be spas. Th atmosphere is completely soothing. Where else can you go for professional spa treatments and not feel like you're not in the City. I highly recommend Spa 7!

The spa smells relaxing and the back room is a wondreful place to sit while waiting for your treatment or a friend to finish up. The staff is lovely as are the treatments. Well worth the time and money.
A great massage just upstairs!

I went to Spa Seven for the yoga classes but stayed for the massage. Yoga classes are no longer offered, but the massages are still fantastic. For me, the key is stress relief, and Spa Seven is where I go to get what I need, a great massage. I've received treatments from a number of different massage therapists, and each one has been superb. I knew I had found a place of professionals when a client before me was a competitive tri-athlete preparing to compete in the Iron Man. They even have a shower if you want or need to clean up before or after your treatment. All the people who work at Spa Seven are friendly and they work hard to make their place a sanctuary for their clients.
- Pros: Delicious water, Clean and warm
