Great upscale stores. Friendly helpful staff at every store we were in (Burberry, Ralph Lauren, Armani, Prada, Frette, Neimans, Coach, Hermes, Ann Taylor, Macys, Nordstrom, Banana Republic, etc, etc, etc)--except for Tiffany & Co but the store was so busy, maybe they were just a little frazzled from the crowd. Nice common area in the middle of the square, clean, good food. It was fun to ride the cable cars from the hotel. The only thing I would suggest is a directory map with the stores and locations on it--it's easy to forget which street a store was on if you want to go back to it. Overall: GREAT!
