Been coming to this place for years. The staff rocks, the neighborhood crew is killer, and the food and drinks are a perfect fit.

This is a such a great little place. Great atmosphere. The food is really good. Can't beat the happy hour prices. Check this place out!
best Divis. happy hour
by saracrown
It's cheaper than eating at Popeyes across the street and the pizzas are so good. They're half off for HH so there only about 4 bucks.
Best bar without liquor!

I live right nearby, and the Flybar always rocks my world with their food and great beer! Go during happy hour and get the half-price pizzas. Awesome.
- Pros: Happy hour food, great beer and sake drink selection
- Cons: parking can be tough, kinda loud sometimes
Nachos and Sake to die for!
by preciousswtpea
I've been here several ocassions with the co-workers for Happy Hour and a few times with friends. The nachos are YUMMMMY! All the different flavors of sake for $3! Oh.. try the Sangria too! I tend to like my drinks strong and love to have it my way. The bartenders don't get offended if you tell them to add a little more of __ whatever you want in there, of course don't be out of line. The pizzas are also half off during happy hour. I'm not a pizza lover, but I'll have a pesto or mushroom. There are many choices. Just check it out, if you like it, you can go back as I do, if not, move onto other Happy Hour joints with Half off appetizers, and $3 sake. I won't be hurt, I'll just be beating my friends in pool in the back. =)
- Pros: Yummy drinks, appetizers, NACHOS
- Cons: nada
I Love This place
by flybabe
They are great and make you feel special. Everyone there is a close group of friends from bartenders to servers & us the customers. I spend a lot of time at FLY & Im happy I spend my money there, afterall they dont charge much so you actually get a great deal on food & drink. Fly is in the heart of the best area in the city, it is next to the best sushi in town Tsunami & another cute bar 821 & the funkiest club Madrone.. All of these places make it the greatest area thank you guys... keep it up
Best happy hour on the block
by spacekrafter
It's nice to find a cozy neighborhood bar that always feels relaxed and homye. The 1/2 price pizza's are a terrific deal and go great with the 20 oz drafts. Fly's great when you want to hang out with your friends and are low on cash. The music is a very strange collection. The last time I was there it went from Op Ivy to Kool Keith in a song. I wouldn't step foot in there on weekend night's, though, the place is small and gets really crowded.
- Pros: cheap good eats, good beer selection
- Cons: fills up fast
Must go!
by clouie
My friends and I went on a Sunday- only place open on New Years Day. The drinks are super cheap- the wine is good. Nice place to sit and drink. Everyone seems friendly and the service was good considering there was only one bartender that whole night. Music was weird but I liked it. Definately go if you're a tourist- lots of locals. Also- lots of other places around to go to.
- Pros: drinks, music, cozy
Great place!
by rahir
I have been going to Fly for the past few years. Happy hour is a great deal, with $3 drinks and half-price pizzas. The sake drinks may taste light, but a few will give you a great buzz! The southwestern pizza is delicious, with creamy cheese that clings to the top of your mouth.
Clientele is a mixture of young and old, hippie and yuppie. Fly is a great neighborhood bar in a relaxing setting, but don't expect to find your next date there.
- Pros: happy hour, good food, atmosphere
