Sooo tasty food
by smn_shkr
Luna Park... a nice place to have lunch or dinner. I visited this place a few days back with my wife (newly wedded). We had a plan for dinner at Luna Park, because it is very close to our place. When we reach there we got stuck to see there was no parking. A waiter told me that parking was in the garage. So, I searched that but again same problem it was full with car and other vehicle. I was moving here and there to see if I could get some place over there to park my car.
After a long a time when I could not got it then we decide to go back home without dinner. I suggest my wife to go for another one but she was insisting to have dinner only Luna Park or go back home.
We came back home and I got very upset. My wife called Luna Park and Ordered dinner. We got our delivery after 2 hours of our order.
We both had our dinner.... and Oh ! ! What a food ! ! Excellent ! !
I forgot my all angry, I thought to give 1 star to this place because of it made me angry and tired. But after having its food I am giving 4 star.
Not cool

They add a healthcare surcharge onto your bill along with a note saying that they are proud to provide healthcare to their workers. I think that's great. What they don't tell you is that they are actually suing the city over the new universal healthcare program. I hate to think that they are using my money to take away people's health care .
Date place or Girl's night, come here!
by tlorenz
The thing I love about Luna Park is its versatility, as it doubles as a somewhat intimate, dimly lit restaurant ideal for a date as well as a classier bar to visit with a few girlfriends. This place feels lush; and it's not just the velvet cutains. The food is reasonably priced and well-seasoned, but my favorite part was the dessert: even though the s'mores were messy they provide a good laugh, and the apple pie was divine. Service isn't the quickest, but it's to be expected on a busy night.
- Pros: Ambiance
- Cons: Parking
BAD FOOD
by sheb19
I went here about a year ago and was not impressed. A friend recently insisted that we go here. It was just as bad two weeks ago as it was last year. Cheap ingedients equals cheap tasting food. My spinach salad had feta the consistency of a sponge and dressing that tasted worse than vegetable oil. My grilled artichoke was smaller than an apricot and was also drenched in a vegetable oil like substance. How this place is able to survive in a foodies neighborhood is beyond me!
- Pros: Bad Food
- Cons: Bad food
Decent place to eat

This is place isn't too bad if you want a pretty safe bet for a romantic dinner. It's become a little too packed for my taste...
Great food but rude waiter
by staceyac
Went Friday evening for dinner. The food, as usual, was great. The menu offers a variety of comfort food. It's hard to decide what to order. The Sangria is good. My only complaint is the waiter who served us was rude. I left earlier than I would have liked (drink half done) because the waiter made us feel rushed. We realize it gets busy, but there weren't many people waiting and we did have a reservation. In the middle of dinner, the waiter brought us our check and when we said we would like to order dessert, he seemed irritated that he had to revise the check. He then proceeded to keep walking by our table numerous times with a scoul on his face. I couldn't take any more and left because he made me feel so uncomfortable. We left a small tip and as we were walking out of the restaurant he came up to us and sarcastically asked if we wanted change from the tip.
- Pros: Great comfort food
- Cons: Poor service
Cool Little Place
by marrkoss
This place is unique in a good way. Tatooed waiters and s'mores for dessert. It's mission chic. My dinner was great (the breaded and stuffed pork chop), as was my girlfriend's (chicken).
- Pros: tasty food, s'mores for dessert
- Cons: service was a tad gruff
Delivery!
by tf2001
I've always liked the food here, but was never fond of the crowd or the clientele. I'm so happy they have delivery service now. You can order online and select a time to have it delivered. Everything was nicely packaged and still warm. I'd recommend it for a night in at home without the cooking.
New American
by mriver80
Great food, great prices, modern takes on some good 'ol American standards. Never a dull moment once inside- the staff is attentive and quick to offer suggestions on everything if you have questions. Funky decor make this an awesome hangout too! Put your name on the list, grab a mojito or sangria and enjoy the show!

reservations for 7:30, we didn't sit down until ten after 8. they sent over an app to ease the frustration, which was appreciated, but the beginning of the experience was hard to re-coop from. our table was near the bar and people in our party kept getting knocked in the head with women's bags, bumped into with people's elbows. eventually, people at the bar completley surrounded our table, even the waitress found it hard to get our plates. why didnt' staff help us out? b/c of the mass of people surrounding us, we couldn't even hear our friends on the other side of the table. ruined the experience even further. as for dinner, taste was good (which goes a long way), but presentation was seriously lacking. 3 of out of 4 of us won't go back. too bad b/c we had heard mostly good things.
