Really, really good place to meet nice people!

Nice place to run, and run, and keep running to forget everything!

There is a choice of pavement, dirt on the upper level, or even more dirt on the secluded side a little higher up. I picked the secluded dirt track and found it pretty a enjoyable place. They have wooden stretching bars to help you stretch.

Really, really good place to meet nice people!

A relaxing strip beneath breezy trees and open skies, just steps from Stanyan Street in the Upper Haight.

To reach this big open area, fun-seekers cross (or go underneath) Kezar Drive from the western end of Haight Street. The meadow is made up of two grassy areas separated by trees and a walkway. Most sunny days, it fills with sunbathers, a musician or two, and at least one guy with a footbag. It's the kind of place where spontaneous games of ultimate frisbee could break out at any moment.
