Decadent Diner

I came here for brunch one morning and was pretty much comatose for the rest of the afternoon. Granted I did share chocolate chocolate pancakes and corn beef hash with someone - enough food and twice enough fat for all FOUR of us at the table. ITs a classic dinner setting with friendly but not-in-your-face staff and a good crowd of locals between all the antique-hunting tourists. The menu has all the standards with plenty of fun variations.
- Pros: Diner food, vibe
- Cons: wait on weekends

Great food and upscale diner and other menu items. Wonderful pastrami, Kobe beef, burgers, meatloaf, shakes, and "fountain style drinks."
- Pros: Food, Kobe Beef, Food
- Cons: sometimes crowded
Order anything, they'll make it for you!

Bubba's is awesome! They have a great menu and everything I've ordered there is very good. They have great customer service and you can order out of the menu which I love. The space is a little small so usually there's a wait, but not too bad. Service is hit or miss depending on how busy they are, but overall it's friendly. Unlike the other reviewer, I never had a problem finding parking (nothing like SF). They have one table that can accommodate a big group.
- Pros: Great menu, Awesome food, Reasonable price
- Cons: small dining room
Great for Breakfast

It's a great breakfast spot -- somewhat reminiscent of Bette's Oceanview Diner in Berkeley. Parking can always be tough, but not that big a deal. The coffee is superb.
- Pros: Terrific breakfast
- Cons: Parking
