First time I called they spent some time explaining that I should install and run some free, anti-spyware software before bringing it in. It fixed the problem and saved me time and money. I appreciated the time they spent with me, even though it lost them a job. A year later, with another problem, they fixed it twice, but the problem came back both times. When I called the third time, the tech said he'd been thinking about it and told me how to fix it myself (rather than drive half an hour to the shop). This solved the problem. It was a hassle, but they only charged $75, spent a lot of time with me, and I think it was an unusual problem that other shops would have had trouble with also.
