One of my friends recommended this flower shop, and I absolutely love the floral arrangements they create. Everyone I have send flowers from this florist has raved about the arrangements they have received. I highly recommend this florist in San Rafael.

I placed an order on Monday to deliver flowers to my wife at her workplace on Wednesday, Valentine's day. They took down the information and said OK. On Valentine's day they did not deliver anything. When I asked them what happened they first said that they were not sure if I had placed an order, then they changed it to it is their policy that they cannot guarantee a delivery time, then when they reviewed their records they apologized and asked if they could deliver the flowers to our home for free (which we declined) - a rather nice gesture on their part. However, as it turned out, they had charged me anyway. When I complained about the charge they told me they'll call me back. I have not heard from them and the charge is still there on my credit card. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend them.
Pros: Conveniently located.
Cons: Unreliable.
