I was looking to buy a new sofa but was really disappointed with all the mass produced, cheap looking microfiber junk thats saturating the market. A coworker of mine suggested Scandinavian Designs, and I checked out their website. I was immediately blown away by the design concepts. I went to the Shattuck store and was impressed by not only the layout, but the unexpected 3 level building. I spent a good amount of time trying out the sofas, and finally settled on the super cute Cooper sofa. The next 2 hours I spent with one of the store clerks picking out fabric combinations (free accent pillows in ANY fabric at no extra charge!) and finally settled on a gorgeous copper colored chenille with kicky modern floral accent pillows. The custom upholstrey didn't cost me one cent over the advertised price (although there were more expensive options). The clerk was extremely helpful and way into what she was doing, which I really appreciated. To top it off, I spent less than a thousand dollars after tax and delivery, and got to choose the sofa of my dreams. No other store came close to the price with the hundreds of upholstrey options and the beautiful design. I would recommend this store to anyone and everyone that is looking to buy furnutire. It's high quality, affordable and you are destined to go home with something you love. My only complaint is the lead time for custom upholstrey. 4-6 weeks is a bit much. But overall I highly recommend this store!
