These guys are SO stupid. They refuse to fix a thing around here. One would think that if a client wants to purchase but rent first, they would assist them to a little extent, but NO not these guys! Their maintanence is horrilbe. Our realtor when told said "well I cannot help you, sorry, but I will forward your message onto the maintenance staff". What an idiot! Like I would now go back to her to buy a place to live NOT! DO RENT from these idiots unless you want to make repairs yourself! LOOK over your unit VERY carefully!
Pros: Cannot think of one?
Cons: Too many to list. Just plain stupid!
