Frankie Johnnie & Luigi

"Now you're talkin' Italian. Hand-tossed Pizza dough daily."

Lively chatter and the aroma of garlic are the first things you notice when you walk into Frankie, Johnnie & Luigi Too! The interior is warm, friendly, and funky "Italian," (complete with red-checkered tablecloths). It is perfect for "date night," as well as the entire family. The restaurant has an open kitchen where patrons can watch the cooks "hand toss" the pizza dough and prepare entire meals. Frankie's is the pizza "mecca" of the Tri-Valley area. Don't look for yuppie pizza here. We feature authentic Italian pie that can be topped with your choice of items or one of the house combos.

Our menu features time-honored Southern Italian cooking. Traditional dishes such as Veal Parmigiana, Osso Bucco, and Chicken Cacciatore abound. Signature pasta dishes such as Fettuccine Prawns Portofino and Mostacioli d'Bari are sure to satisfy even the most discriminating palate.

One of the worst I have been to in the Bay Area. SLOW!!! service, food cold and waiter "very rude"! My kids could make a better meal. You would be better off at the McDonalds down the street!!

Pros: its there

Cons: slow service, cold food, rude, unprofesstional

A very standard suburaban restaurant making no effort to be anything more than that. Nothing tastes fresh, it all tastes like it is made with frozen and/or canned produce by unskilled line cooks. The prices are in accordance with the food and service you are getting. The calzone was okay, the pasta was not very good. The service reminds me of a chain restaurant along the lines of Olive Garden.
