I was introduced to Little Home by my coworkers when they were located in San Ramon back in 2000. It's instantly become an addiction! For a while there, my friend & I would go at least once a week. Now my husband is also addicted and we have cravings for their Chicken Satay & Sliced Beef dishes all the time. It just tastes like a delicious home cooked meal. The place is always packed for lunch. Their lunch combination is the best deal. You can choose 2 dishes with rice & a small dessert for $8.95. The owners are very friendly & I think the customer service is good. If you're in the mood for thai, give LIttle Home a try. You won't be dissapointed! I haven't found another Thai place to praise like this.

My family has been regular customers at Little Home Thai Cuisine in Pleasanton (next to Trader Joes), but after tonights experience I will never eat there again. Two months ago, I was dining with my wife and my friend. I first find a hair in my soup, remove it and continue eating it, and later in the dinner my friend finds a hair in her Pad Thai. I did not say anything initially about the hair in the soup (not wanting to ruin everyones appetite), but my friend complains to the waitress about the hair in her Pad Thai. She asks to have the Pad Thai removed from the tab (she did not eat any of it). The wait staff refuses to remove the Pad Thai from the tab, even when I mention that was the second hair that we found. The manager insists that they prepare another order of Pad Thai, and we reluctantly agree. They also give us a free fried banana dessert. We pay our meal in full. I returned to the restaurant this evening with my wife and parents. Its my turn to order and the manager, who is our waitress, says to me, This time dont eat all of your meal, and then complain about hair in the food, the waitress had to pay for the dishes last time. So we find two hairs in our previous meal, make a complaint, and now they are accusing me of stealing and cheating!!! The restaurant is in complete denial about their poor food preparation and then tries to blame it on me, the customer. The manager was extremely rude and in poor taste. Diner Beware!
