They pay attention to details and redo things that weren't done right. Have had issues with subs (not showing or having conflicting schedules) so the project has been delayed quite a bit - but most of that is out of Brent/Joe's hands, and I understand having acted as a General myself for other remodel projects. A little quality issue with wall texture - but overall very good and my 1st bathroom came out very very nice.
