Visitor Parking Sucks!. - When they show you all the beautiful visitor parking, please don't forget that it will be filled Night and Day by residents. Even the future resident parking will be filled by residents. Same cars every time. Well, then just park on the street? No, its no parking all the way down Hillsdale Blvd. till you get to Gull Avenue, only a 1/4 of a mile away!

Pricey but Nice. Unfortunately the rentals in Foster City are unreasonably pricey but nice. There are a few things that would definitely attract people to spend their hard earned paychecks on rent in Foster City. This particular complex is not very updated on the outside but inside units have spacious living rooms with reasonably sized master and guest bedrooms. The balcony space is huge, and if you have a view, you are looking at the beautiful lagoon that is tranquil to look at morning and night. There are two sparkling pools and a small gym. The area is fairly upkept, safe, schools are great, close to the freeway, with quiet but friendly neighbors and staff. Coming home to a place like this is great and relaxing. I would definitely say it's a nice lifestyle if it's within your budget.
