STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. People,

I am not usually one who writes reviews for any restaurants. But this place is so horrible, I cant believe it. I ordered a pizza and i got it dripping in cheese... I called the owner asking if he could have the pizza back and the owner was so rude...he shouted at me and just hung up on me.

I used 6-7 big paper napkins to get off the grease and still it was greasy. I would never order from this place again just plain PATHETIC

One of the best in the Bay Area AAA++++++++++++++++++++++. I am shocked that someone would say anything bad about this place, let alone the great service they provide, the quality of food they offer or the price for what you get, this is definitely wins 10 stars for those selections alone, aside from the Hooka selection which beats any other in the bay area, for that, this is the best pizza and middle eastern restaurant in the bay area bar non!

My family and I enjoy their wonderful food and great service week after week, and would highly recommend this location to anyone.

Great pizza!!! One of the Best1!. I am totaly surprized at the other reviews simply because I feel Waterfront has the most awsome managers you could ask for!! The service timely as well as friendly staff. Obviously these reviews have personal issues with this place. You couldn't have tastier pizza, nicer owners, and greater view of the water in foster city. There is also video games that the kids love to play. The owner often time gives me stuff comlimentary just to be nice!!!

Winner of the All Time WORST Customer Service. I would not recommend this place for two reasons: not very clean, & second the absolute worse service you could ever find. The old guy behind the counter (I think he was the manager) was incredibly rude, he actually looked like we were wasting his time with our order, didn't feel welcome at all. The outside area has a beautiful view but if you don't smoke or do hubbly bubbly you will not enjoy it since that's what everone on that deck will be doing. The food was ok, nothing wow-ed me at all & even if the food was superb the service we recieved would have ruined our whole dining experience over there. Personally, I would avaoid this place like the plague, wouldn't recommend it to an enemy..

WORST PLACE EVER. This Place is HORRIBLE. The Customers Serivice is on a Ridiculously Bad level. Not only was the cashier incapable of getting my order, the manager acted like he was too important to come help the situation and left prematurely. The food was sub-par, which is not surprising when the have 3 mexicans trying to cook arabic food. The pizza was over cooked and the salad looked like it came out of a safeway bag. All their desserts looked appealing barring the fact that they all were reheated after coming out of the freezer. Not only was my experience tragic but so was the service. After all the trouble they gave me and my friends, they wouldnt let us enjoy a simply game of cards because they didnt "want that kind of enviroment". Disbicable so called restaurant. F----------------. Dont even waste you time there!

Great Pizza!. They make one of the best pizza's in the Foster City/San Mateo area. The prices are reasonable and the offer toppings like pesto that you cannot find at a lot of the bigger franchises. They also offer mediterranian food that is excellent and on the weekends you can smoke hooka on the deck.
