Update. This review is on the new renovation that is been done at this location.

We are not moving in yet as our building still is under renovation, I know this complex recently changed hands and it seems to me the opposite of all the reviews it used to have.

The Agents are very nice and educated they do know what matters the most " the tenant".

Idi our agent is great I cannot be more happy with her service, she goes above and beyond to give you a good attention with a smile, I have done lots of reviews at this place and everywhere around trust me!

I have even talk to SMPD and yes back in the day they used to have some issues with security and people near bye but it seems like the new firm has clean the house and all the unwanted people are gone for good.

All the remodeled apartments are well done, stainless steel appliances pretty much everything you can ask dishwasher, washer & dryer in unit AC etc almost like renting a home.

It is not cheap! but even on this days is better to rent than buying a home because on this economy if you dont want to buy a home and going to sleep every night thinking that you could be laid off or your employer decides its time to reduce staff, then what do you do.

I cant wait to move to this new place since it is only 3 miles away from work and I can see how gas prices will rise up to the top, I'm even considering riding my bicycle to work as not to save more money but to stay fit.

all I can say is that I will keep updates on my living experience at my new home, I have learned during this years the best and the ugly of apartment renting so I have made all the right choices on location, price and to prevent the stress of commute. Good luck to everyone.

Also before I forget, I did question the issue about yellow water and yes they did had it, during the early stages of the remodeling a water pipe was damage and Idi was honest to mention that to me and that issue has been resolved. so please dont let other people scare you with crazy staff, go and do your own research its the only way to be sure of all this apartment drama!

do not live here if you can. To be fair, the apartment is ok, but you can do better for what you would paid. The worst part is the office / listing girl is rude, stress out, unfriendly with attitude. dosen't explain things clearly, doesn't do her job. parking is terrible. beware the security (they will tow your car for no reason). The only good thing about this place are the maintenance starffs.
