I went into steiners to have my ring re-sized and my diamond was loose. I found the staff very pleasant and helpful. My ring looked amazing when I got it back, and I felt like my ring was in good hands throughout the entire experience. The store is one of the nicest that I've ever been in. I would recommend the store to any of my friends.

Bad Experience

I took a ring in to have 3 cracks repaired. Steiner's held it for 6 days, then called me with an estimate of $190 for the repairs. Now I don't have jewelry repaired often, but other jewelers had given me an estimate of $100 to replace the entire shank, so it seemed way too high for 3 solder points. Getting it back was an incredible pain, as it took another week to get it back to the store and even then they're open very inconvenient hours (10am-6pm) and closed Sunday and Monday. All in all it was a very frustrating experience, and I wouldn't deal with them again.

• Cons: inconvenient hours, quite overpriced
