big disappointment. I've been there about 5 times and tonight was a big disappointment.

Some of the items were warm, not hot.

Lassi's texture and taste weren't right.

This restaurant was very reliable but it is no longer reliable....

Worst service EVER. The papadum was stale. We never received another basket, even after asking for one. We were missing a fork- I had to ask for it twice. We had to ask for our check twice. Our experience was ruined by one incompetent and rude waiter- we will never go back to that restaurant!

Incompetent staff and service overshadows food. This is by far the worst experience I have had with a restaurant. I've ordered delivery from them several times and so far we are batting about 500 in terms of getting what we ordered. Tonight was the last straw. After waiting an hour and a half the driver arrived. Because I am so accustomed to the restaurant screwing up our order I made sure to double check that they got everything in. Low and behold they brought us someone elses food! To make matters worse they gave our order to someone else. So here we are two hours later and no food. When I called the restaurant to discuss the matter they seemed oblivious and even obstinate. Finally the person at the restuarant curtly told me they would cancel our order. Nice.

I won't order from this restaurant again. Their incompetence is outshined only by their poor customer service.

Good North Indian Dining. My partner & I dearly miss Houston's Indian restaurants (we have a huge Indo-Pakistani population). This place had the closest thing to a good, well-rounded thali. The quality of the food was excellent, well seasoned and, for California prices, a good deal.
