Knowledgeable and Friendly Service. I became a client of Craig's in 1994, the year he started his agency. If I recall, he started his business in his grandfather's garage in San Mateo. Prior to Craig, I had several other insurance agents, include one also with State Farm. None of them have been able to match the quality of service, the knowledge of products or the level of honestly and sincerity as Craig has provided over the past 16 years. He has helped guide me through my first home purchase, marriage and starting a family and has given me the right level of advice to suit my insurance needs during this time. We love our insurance agent. We’ve been with Craig Ichiuji for a long time. Over the years, we experienced many ups and downs in insurance matters. We left State Farm to go to the ‘competitor’ but we still ended up coming back. The other guy didn’t care and Craig does. We feel he is with us and tries hard. He goes out of his way to help us and ensure we are well protected. He doesn’t always win all our battles but he tries. Thank you, Craig, keep up with the good work!
