Our office has been using this service for the past year and what a great crew they have over there. Their operators are friendly and helpful. Recently, when our office had to close for renovations, the manager called to suggest several ways to handle our calls that would both save us money and clearly direct our patients to the correct office on-call. They were great!!

Extremely poor service. Our customers complained immediately of several rings before the call was answered, and then waiting on hold for several minutes, even when calling regarding a serious or life threatening reason. The staff is unexperienced and unprofessional. Rates are excessively high. We strongly recommend avoiding this answering service, especially if you are in the medical industry.

Cons: Poor Service. Unprofessional. Unexperienced. High Rates. Small Staff resulting in long hold times.
