The best: Ive been in and out of body shops my whole life, a true car nut. I can tell you this is as good as it gets!!

I have lived in Menlo Park for 35 years, and for me there is no other body shop than Cavallino. I remember the first time I went there and saw they did Ferrari's, and figured they would be good, pricey but good. I have taken several cars there over the years, and with one exception they have been fabulous!! The only exception was when they repaired our Prius a while back, they crossed up some cooling line (not to the engine), anyway a month or 6 weeks later the check engine light came on, I took it to the dealer and the dealer explained the faulty repair. The dealer made the repair, so I took the bill to Cavallino's and they paid me back. Other than that one incident - I have had flawless repair work done, and never have had anything to complain about. They use quality parts, have a friendly staff that keep you appraised of the repair all along the way. You may pay less, but you will also get less.

I had my daughter's car repaired here. Everyone was gracious and the repairs were done correctly. Paint work was flawless. They bent over backwards to find a used door and were very picky about what door they'd use. It took a little longer than they said, but I rather have it done right than rush them. Would definitely recommend them. I would not hesitate to bring my Shelby here....

Have you ever had a good experience at a repair shop?? Neither had I. Then I got rear ended and my insurance co sent me to Cavallinos.

They were really helpful, and did great work. I have a new Toyota, and was worried that they would use aftermarket parts. They used factory, and did a great job matching the paint. It did take a week longer than I expected. All in all, I was quite happy, and I'll go there again if I need body work.
