My experience was with Roxanne and Scott. Roxanne was nothing but fantastic. She always returned my emails in calls, usually within minutes. She stayed on top of things and helped remind me of things. Scott really helped me out and held my hand when I needed to have a meeting with the court. He was there with me the entire time, even though it went longer than we expected. It was a fantastic experience.

Rust Armenis and Schwartz took the time to make sure my questions were answered. They were thorough and never made it seem like they were rushing to the next client. The case took 3 years but they stayed with me. They were very informative and responded to follow ups.

I LIKE 'EM I've recently begun proceedings with Scott Schwartz as my attorney for filing chapter 7. I am SO impressed with their office. So I differ totally with the negative review here. Amy and Roxanne have been kind, smart and very efficient. In my phone interview with Scott Schwartz, I found him caring but objective and totally versed in this field (bankruptcy). He spent much more time with me on the phone than was allocated. His staff has told me that I can meet with him at anytime, IN PERSON. I will do this as soon as I've completed the basic information so that he will have a complete idea of my situation. I will post another review, as soon as my proceedings are complete. But I have talked to 3 other people who have used Scott and they have only the highest recommendations for both him and his staff.

I have nothing but great things to say and positive feedback to give about Rust Armenis and Schwartz.. Attorney Scott Schwartz and office manager Roxanne handled my chapter 7 bankruptcy and were so nice and helpful to me throughout the process. They answered my many, many questions with so much patience and expertise. The bankruptcy was discharged without any problems and went very smoothly. They informed me every step of the way with information I needed and were always available to answer questions and return my phone calls and emails. I am so grateful for their help and kindness to me during a very stressful time in my life. I highly, highly recomend their law firm. I found them doing an internet search for bankruptcy attorneys and saw that they were very highly rated with many positive reviews and feedback so I decided to use their services. I filed chapter 7 bankruptcy and used Mr Schwartz. I was very impressed with him and his law firm in how helpful they all were. Also, I had spoken with another attorney prior to speaking with Mr Schwartz that said I could only qualify for chapter 13, which would not have helped me all that much. Mr Schwartz really came through for me.

I had received more help from Scott and Roxanne with a free initial consult than the original attorney I had hired! They were both extremely helpful in freely offering me very useful information for my situation. Fortunately, I ended up not having to file bankruptcy, but I would not hesitate in seeking out their help if I ever needed to. They were actually referred to me by a co-worker who went through the process with Scott and said nothing but good things about the process. My co-worker said Scott was very organized and made everything very smooth and easy for him. My experience interacting with the law firm here was pleasant, actually, and so helpful. And the receptionist Roxanne is a rockstar! She was so helpful and nice. Regarding my situation, I really feel the tide turned in my favor once I was armed with information from this Law Firm. I have never experienced such positive
assistance and support from a legal office. Everyone I came across was very professional and courteous. You are an amazing attorney. You walked me through the case and calmed my nerves when I went before the judge.
I applaud the collaboration in this office and, hopefully I will never have to file again, but I enjoyed working with you.
