Worst Optometry Experience Ever!. I went to Crystal Clear Vision because it was convenient for me. There are 2 parking structures by this optometrist, and my mom can go do her grocery shopping while I get my eye exam. Anyways, the reason why I only gave it 1 star is because the customer service was so bad! The ladies were rude! After my exam, I asked them for my prescription -- one for contacts and one for glasses. Because I travel a lot, I like to have these prescriptions with me in case of emergencies. And I even explained it to the ladies...they were so mean and they even at one point told that they cannot give me a written prescription! I was so taken aback. Luckily, there was another man sitting there who was a westerner listening in on this entire conversation. He stepped in and told them, that by law if requested by the patient, they have to give me a written prescription. And so the ladies reluctantly wrote up my prescription and waited for the Dr to come out to sign it. SO while we were waiting for the Dr, the ladies were talking sh*t about me and the westerner right in front of our faces assuming that I did not understand Chinese. They are unprofessional, rude, and just completely horrible. I do not recommend this place! Do not come here!! Pick another optometrist in Chinatown!
