Bings is "The Best". I live in NJ and literally "stumbled" into this bar 6 years ago. Now, I make a pilgrimage here every year - haven't missed yet. Bing's is like a vacuum - it sucks you "in" and before you know it several fun filled hours have passed. Robert, Scooter and Bruce are great - especially doing shots with Robert (and his lovely wife Rose). Great jukebox, Great drinks and always a fun crowd. Oh, did I mention the famous picture of "The Lady"? Youll have to see for yourself. Enjoy!

To chill and relax. This is a great place to just sit and have some drinks with friends. You don't have to be bothered by obnoxious people trying to hit on you or harrass you. Everyone's friendly. Especially Bruce, the bartender. He may seem stoic but he challenges you to "suck it up!" if he sees that you are babysitting your drink and your friends are drinking like fishes. This is just a great sitting and drinking place!

A well-known owner/bartender serves locals and tourists at this low-key, North Beach cocktail lounge.. In Short
The walls of this one-room haunt are sparsely decorated with beer signs and drawings, while a jukebox and Golden Tee video game provide further diversions. A triangular bar monopolizes most of the space and can seat up to 24 drinkers, who typically arrive to interact with bartender/owner, Robert, who has been known to challenge regulars to dice or a card game with the loser buying a round of drinks.

paralegal. Great location, great bartenders (Rob, Bruce and Scooter). Drinks are reasonable and stiff. Jukebox is one of the best.

Classic dive.... Greak jukebox, laid back crowd, some Asian, some frat boys, a few alcoholics, and some general riff raff, but always interesting.

Bruce, the bartender, is a stoic marvel. And they look the other if you light a cigarette.

Once saw a girl break a bottle over her boyfriend's head. Bruce handed the guy the bar towel. He wrapped it around his bleeding head and ordered another drink. Classic dive material.
