The velvet-rope treatment is sometimes in effect amid the bright lights of the neighborhood strip. Inside the two-room hangout, a menu of six specialty cocktails, including a mojito, sits atop a V-shape bar made of tan Corian. The other half of the space features cocktail tables that can be cleared to form a dance floor in front of a DJ setup adorned with candles.

First off I must say that this place can be somewhat pretentious, but I’m a person who doesn’t let that stop me from having a good time. This is definitely a place for the younger 20-something crowd. They have a really great variety of beers, champagne and top shelf liquors. While out one night here with a couple friends we noticed this curious glowing green bottle making its way to a table and immediately asked what it was. The waitress let us know it was something called Tyku (sp?) We ordered the bottle and were amazed at how good it tasted, not to mention that it got a couple heads to turn! If it was for the helpful staff here we probably would have never discovered it and has now become our regular party drink… It can get a little crowded, especially on weekends so if you want room to breathe try going on a week day for post work cocktails An all around good place to hang with friends and enjoy the scene

I went here on my 21st. The bar tenders and everyone in the bar were all super friendly even before they knew it was my bday. Drinks are cheap and the atmosphere is great. There is either a DJ or live music. Plenty of cute tables for chatting away from the bar itself. The bar tenders also put on an amazing show if it is your 21st. And they are pretty cool when you end up getting sick. ;) Overall, not the usual scene in the area. Highly recommend it!

I'm wondering if this reviewer was actually at this place. Just shows how "not" with it Citysearch is. Everything here is BLUE (not tan, as the reviewer specified). Great place altogether. It's a tasty bit of SF nightlife on the weekdays...too many dumbasses on the weekends.
