Best Venue Ever!. I love this venue! It's roomy and beautiful. When you walk inside you feel like you've stepped into the 50's. It's very clean and even the bathrooms are cute! I love coming to shows here. And the staff is nice. I love Bimbo's! The location is cool too.…
Fun place. I came here for a comedy show and loved the venue. It's small enough that any seat is a good one. The staff is quick and set up was nice. I'd definitely like to return for other events here as I had a great time during my first visit.…
Absolutely Horribly Experience. It's unfortunate that such an SF landmark has gone completely downhill. The door staff are completely rude and unprofessional - apparently more accustom to thugs than an upscale SF clientele. Bad attitudes and totally uninformed. It's awful when your first experience at a club is to be treated with total disrespect right at the front door. The drinks were just OK, but I later had to stick to bottled beer. Too bad... I used to love this place before it got to be so low class. I'll have to catch the good bands at other venues since I will NEVER go to Bimbo's again…

We saw the show with Robin Williams last night and it was awesome. Well, a few things to mention:
1. We waited in the line and when we got to the door this guy told us with an attitude that if we are "will call" we need to go to the other line! And it wasn't just us. He should have moved his bottom and come to the line and warned people that they might be standing in the wrong line, as it apperantly was happeing the whole night. or how about a sign or somthing? Instead, he just waited for people to get to him at the door and sent them back to the end of the other line!
2. Drinks are just OK.
Good seating and Audio settings. Rob Williams was amazing!…
Great venue. I was here for the Vox launch party and was thoroughly impressed. The ambiance is fabulous. I can't wait to go back for some live music.
