The Scene – A long row of squeezed-together tables running down the middle of this venerable eatery make Tommaso's a great choice for large groups--or tourists who don't mind getting to know their neighbors. Best in the City!

Simply the best pizza in the city. You'll have to go to New York to find anything comparable. If you want amazing pizza in a warm family atmosphere, this is the place!

Best off the beaten path Italian food in North Beach

Excellent marinara sauce. They have fabulous house wine, in face, any of their red wines are fantastical. The manicotti and lasagne are superb, along with any of the pizza. Our party of 9 was very pleased with all dinner and entree dishes along with the appetizers. This place does have a wait, although you can drink wine and wait in line- fantastic! The desserts add to the amazing dinner and appetizers. This is an excellent place to bring a big dinner party.
