Yet another excellent lingerie store. Yet another excellent lingerie store. So very far above Victoria's Secret. Cutting edge Italian designer brands are what you'll find here. The very best part is that they have a great selection for both myself and my daughter, and we vary in sizes, just a little bit. A bit pricey, but quality really can't come cheap.

Unleash your inner sex goddess with the luxe lingerie from this glamorous shop.. The Scene
There is a great elegance to both outposts of this lingerie boutique, with every item, from glittering chandeliers to a striped settee, gingerly selected and refurbished by the passionate owners. The Hayes Valley shop is larger and loft-like with exposed columns, rustic floors, and spacious dressing rooms, while the narrow North Beach location is more intimate with a Parisian flare. Both stores have signature yellow-painted walls and a savvy, well-traveled clientele.

The Goods
The ultra-feminine lingerie ranges from a $600 La Perla nightgown
with elaborate lace and delicate embroidery to a slinky Cosabella thong. Most of the undergarments, sleepwear, swimwear, perfumes, and nylons are pricey, European imports. Both shops carry the same designers, such as the sophisticated La Perla and it's younger and hipper line, Malizia, to intricate, French designers such as Aubade and Huit. Individual items, however, vary from store to store.
