hop on hop off.
Good experience !
This kind of tour is really interesting, you can see every important place in the city. When the bus stop you can stay on the bus and continue the tour or go out and visited by yourself and after take again the bus.
So try the hop on hop off with super sightseeing, you will not regret this tour, I really enjoyed !
Do not use this company if you value safety at all.. People should be warned about this company as they do not take their customer
We take Safety very seriously and followed up on the complaints of this individual thoroughly. 1st by looking at the video footage (provided by our on board cameras) as well as interviews with passengers from the bus who reported to us that the guy in the car was cutting our bus off and going "nuts in the process". We have signed statements from 5 different passengers who backed up our drivers' version of how things went down (as we were looking to discipline him if what this complaint said was true). We wish him well and would like to point out that this individual has rated our tour even though he has never been on one.
Support the local guy!.
Super Sightseeing is the only large San Francisco Tour company that is locally owned and operated. What does that mean? They take service and clientele very seriously and deliver the best tours in town. After taking three of their tours i can unequivocally say that they over delivered and our group was very happy.
Clean buses, courteous and knowledgeable drivers, fair pricing, - what more could I ask for?
Best tours. GREAT TOUR… (Apr. 15, 2009) Giant Redwoods, Juir Woods & Sausalito…we loved it. Will not hesitate to book another tour on our return to your beautiful City of San Francisco. Our tour guide Jay was very friendly, professional and very accomodating. He was very careful to explain where anything was at the end of our tour. It was very kind of him to drop us off at the restaurant on our return. (Apr. 15, 2009)
Good Tour of Muir Woods.. we went on the 7 hr tour to the Muir Woods, Sausilito, and Alcatraz. We started off with the Muir woods and on the way the driver stopped to let us get a picture of the Golden Gate Bridge. We spend 70 mins in the forest and then on to Sausilito for one hour, that one hr was mostly spent eating at a hamburger place that they driver recommended. The driver was somewhat a smart mouth, however only when people did not listen....although it was the same lady and she obviously just had trouble hearing....so I thought that was a little rude of him. After returning from Sausilito he shuttled us to Alcatraz and that was the end of the tour. It was very nice that they picked us up at our hotel 45 mins before the tour began. They would have shuttled us back to the hotel but we would have had to wait 1 hr so we decided to take the cable cars back. I would recommend this tour. It was a good value. We saved money by booking on Viator. It was a smooth process. Just had to call a couple days prior to tour to get our pick up time from our hotel.
entertaining, very organized tour.
we booked the muir woods, sausalito, alcatraz tour.
- our driver was nice and entertaining and gave us a private city tour within the ride.
- they offer hotel pickup for 5 dollars extra.
- the timing was perfect- we did not have to little or too much time anywhere.
we really enjoyed it and the sights we visited were just great, particularly the alcatraz island.
Excellent tours!!. Took their Napa tour and city tour. Napa tour driver was very informative (I think Gordon was his name.) City tour was actually Gordons brother Greg. They both did a excellent tour and they are full of information. I would recommend this company to anyone. Check-in process a little confusing once you arrive but once you get to the counter their staff explains everything to you so you are not confused.... so it worked out.
Do NOT miss the Super Sightseeing Wine Country Tour with Guide Steve from San Ramon.... The tour picked us up at our airport hotel. The tour bus has a bathroom on board. Our tourguide Steve was amazing. We would have had an entertaining time if we had just sat still on the bus with him narrating. He is an amazing public speaker. His voice is smooth as silk and he is extremely entertaining. He is a walking encyclopedia of wine and will intimately describe every hill and valley as you travel through the city, over the golden gate bridge, through the wine country, over the bay bridge and back through the City.
