Angela and the team are wonderful~. If you move around a lot, or you just happen to need a p.o box for your personal business or company, then this is a great spot! In the past I had a desire to get a P.O Box, but felt the people at the locations were not helpful.

Well, I've been a customer with all sorts of requests for a few years at this UPS Store on Columbus Avenue. Needless to say, they are the nicest, most hospitable team! If these folks opened up a coffee shop, I'd go to it, just to chat with them (even though I don't drink coffee!) ... When you need help, want someone that will brighten your day to assist you, and just want to know your mail is in safe hands, these folks are worth the investment!
