Tips for Parkmerced

Parkmerced Apartment Community rocks.
New management can really impact an apartment complex. With one rockin experience after the next, I have positive things to say about the Parkmerced Apartments.
The apartments, green manicured lawns and landscaped yards are what first drew me to Parkmerced. In the beginning I had some concerns with the customer service, but after the new management came to town a couple years ago, it's been much much better.
My first apartment didn't have any cool updates, so I saved my pennies, got a new job and re-budgeted. I was able to upgrade to a cool new pad with modern updates and now I have stainless steel appliances along with granite counter tops. It's funny how having a new kitchen has inspired me to cook more.
At any rate the change over the past couple of years has been pretty noticeable. I can only attribute it to a change in chiefs.
I most likely will be here a long time unless something changes.
