Parking is good, food is so-so.
We like to go to the Lakeside Cafe for brunch on the weekends because the parking is easy and the service is good. However, there is not a lot of choices on the breakfast menu. Omeletes are average, pancakes are OK. Don't expect any delicious fresh fruit, no oatmeal, nothing too creative. If they updated the menu this place could be great.

Great Food at Very Reasonable Prices.
Lakeside Cafe, in the Lakeside area, has one of the best menus around and at very affordable prices.
Their seafood is always very fresh and cooked perfectly. Chef Lupi has also one of the best seafood pastas and an amazing cipino that compares well with the best in San Francisco. They have wonderful burgers, 1/2 pound, and great hot and cold sandwiches. There are five or six terrific salads as well. Their breakfast menu is also top notch with all kinds of egg preparations and omelets.
The staff is always friendly and they go out of their way to accommodate your requests.
Highly recommend this kinda out of the way place for a great meal that you can afford on a limited budget.
