In Short
Scattered around California and the Pacific Northwest, these casual cafes cater to on-the-go daytime diners. In addition to 17 sweet and savory bagel varieties and a range of flavored cream cheeses, the shop's morning menu offers freshly baked pastries, signature "eggsensation" omelet combinations and five coffee blends named for NYC neighborhoods. Lunch options include gourmet sausage "bagel dogs," a selection of salads and hot and cold deli sandwiches piled with pastrami, corned beef and lox.

The first red light should have been that the location was not busy at 11:30 AM. We ordered (2) veggie bagels with Hummus and no drinks. Each bagel had 1 raw onion ring, not a slice, 1 ring out of the slice, 2 cucumber slices, 1 whole pickle on the side and NO Hummus for which we were charged over $4.00 (that's just for the hummus, which wasn't there). But the real treat was 1 small piece of rotting lettuce, which fortunately tasted so bad that I only took one bite and threw the rest out. My husband threw his out just to be safe. The grand total for the two bagels with nothing to speak of on them was $21.00.There are a lot of really good Noah's Bagels, don't waste your time or money on this one.
