Sassy Salon is terrific. Bebe does a wonderful job of cutting my coarse, wavy hair. My hair color looks natural and all the gray gets covered. Recently I got a keratin smoothing treatment which has been wonderful. Less work for me in the morning because of this treatment.

Bebe Rocks. I'm a performing singer/songwriter so I care how I look in public. Bebe always makes me look great. One time I let my wife's friend highlight my hair. She meant well, but there were these ghastly, bright streaks and dots in my hair. Bebe was able to rescue me and I didn't have to cut all my hair off. She's been my personal hair stylist ever since. She makes me look like a rock star!

Worse haircut I've ever had! Don't go here.. THIS IS THE WORSE SALON . I specified on the phone that all I wanted was a trim and shape to my hair. She cut it so short I have to wear a scarf because my neck feels cold. She willfully did this horrible haircut. I do not know why as I do not know this BEBE. This is the worse haircut I've ever had in my life. If she was in a bad mood why take it out on the customer?? I plan to file a complaint about her in Sacramento. THAT IS HOW BAD THE HAIRCUT IS! Do not go to BEBE. She is passive-aggressive and sadistic.

Sassy Salon - Blond Glow fades to Black. Previously I wrote a review for Sassy that was glowing - I spoke to soon. I wanted to go blond and Bebe did a great job making me so. My follow-up appointment was even better - people thought my dark brown hair was naturally blond. I am one of those people who is fiercely loyal to a salon and frankly since I hate roots and was paying a couple of hundred dollars a month to keep them at bay, I am a pretty fantastic client. Additionally I worked for several years in a salon and try and be patient and understanding with stylists.

Unfortunately, the golden glow from my shimmering blond locks has turned to brass. In January my hair color was something that can only be described as BEIGE, Bebe convinced me that it was just the lighting. When three people within an hour of my appointment mentioned my new hair color and how they didn't like it, I was convinced it was wrong. I immediately called and spoke to her assistant who also agreed that it was not right. Unfortunately Bebe was on vacation and when she had returned I had to leave town on business.

Consecutive appointments did not improve and after my last appointment where I ended up getting highlights and leaving with hair several shades DARKER, I decided this was not the place for me.

Great place for curly hair!. I'm new to reviewing on-line, and wanted to give the hair stylist I've been seeing for years a review. But first, I have to say I've had the opposite experience from the woman who felt rushed. I know I'll be there 2 - 2.5 hours while Bebe takes care of my 'do' (color, cut & style). I'm the type of girl who doesn't put a ton of time into hair and make-up typically, so maybe it's just a matter of perspective. I've definitely never felt rushed though. Anyway, here's my review:

I got a *horrendous* haircut many years ago, and then visited Bebe at Sassy Salon based on a friend's recommendation and have been going to her ever since. Bebe really understands curly hair and is an excellent colorist. Sassy is a cute and friendly neighborhood salon.

Cute Little Salon. I tried this salon in hopes of finding a hair dresser that I could stick to for a while. Bebe, Sassy Salon's owner, knows her stuff. She loves hair and you could tell because her hair always looks great. I go in to get my hair high lighted, but sometimes it seems that Bebe is trying to rush me. I was a little sad, because I thought I had found someone who was going to take their time with me. I understand it is only her doing hair, but I did make an appointment. Well I gave her another try and found the same situation. She did do a good job, but I felt really rushed. Sorry Sassy salon I really wanted to give you a higher rating, but I just don't like feeling rushed. I did like the area your located at and I do like your set up.
