First and foremost, the food was excellent! The shrimp crepe is absolutely delicious! The owner was extremely friendly and the place has such a cute atmosphere. I was in town for a few days and we made sure to eat at Higher Grounds twice. I will definitely go back next time I am in the area. If you are looking for an affordable, tasty meal served by polite, friendly staff, I strongly recommend Higher Grounds coffeehouse!

Their fresh-squeezed orange juice is the best I have ever tasted in my life and the glasses are huge. It is like having heaven poured into your tummy. The chicken crepe is OUTSTANDING with two kinds of cheese, etc. The guys running the place are super nice. As a rule, my boyfriend and I come here every weekend to get our fix. I only wish my stomach was larger so I could have double the meal in one sitting.

Higher Grounds has the best mochas in the City! I wouldn't waste my time getting cheese blintzes anywhere else, I doubt they could be better than they are here; and the blueberry muffins are to die for. I go here as often as possible!!
