Tips for Avalon At Diamond Heights

DO NOT MOVE IN TO ANY OF THE AVALON APTS.. Do not rent from this company, Not only do they have a monopoly on the water and sewar bill, they also charge an enormous disconnect fee which was never outlined in the lease contract. The Diamond Heights location is also not very helpful to people with disabilities as they do not have any handicapped parking. Please beware before moving into this place.
