Horribly Rude. Dimitra is way too rude and condescending. Shows no concern about wasting your time. Rude and insensitive when asking about your ethnic background (or anything else!) Don't reward such behavior with your money.

Best Facial. If you're looking for ambience, this is probably not for you. HOWEVER, if you're looking for results and customer service, then this is your place. I've been going to Dimitra's now for over 3 years. I travel often and frequent many spas in my travels. I'll get a massage, reflexology, etc., BUT I will not have anyone else, other than Dimitra, touch my face. She has been in the business for many years and knows what she is doing! I recommend Dimitra highly!

excellent services, honest and caring staff. I've been going to Dimitra's for about one year, and immediately was impressed with the salon. I continue to go back because the service has been excellent, and the professionalism, knowledge and integrity of the staff, particularily Dimitra, Dr. Wagner and Dipti has made me completely comfortable. I was advised against a service that originally brought me to the salon, one that would have been quite costly and time-consuming in the long run, and was advised by Dimitra to consider another treatment- that has left me more than satisfied and has ended up being far less expensive. This kind of honesty, one that puts a clients needs above a quick profit is invaluable...and so refreshing... I am thrilled with the results of the photofacial treatments I have had and have truly appreciated the time, care and generosity paid to me throughout each session. The facilities are clean, the products offered are excellent...I highly recommend this salon.

Great customer service. I have been going to Dimitra's for 22 years on and off. The Salon is quite lovely and each room is quiet and very clean. What I like most about Dimitra is that she and her staff care about your treatment and will ask you the right questions. For example; I was planning on doing a facial treatment and Dimitra asked specific lifestyle questions to ensure that I would do what was required to maintain the results to make it a successful experience and subsequently a long term success. Many spas are merely in it for the money now and not the long term relationship. Dimitra's is a salon for a lifetime.

Best Facials!!!. I have been going to Dimitra's for 18 years! They give the best facials! I especially love Karen Huey! She is amazing! Karen is knowledgeable, dedicated, & hard working. For each facial, Karen checks in to see what is going on with my skin & then customizes the facial to my needs. She is truly passionate about skin care.

Solid. I've been going to Dimitras for a few years for facials. Facials are good. Service is pleasant without being over-solicitous. Very nice experience.

good facial, rude people. I've been to Dimitra's several times because it is extremely close to my home and I received several gift cards. Everytime I go there the people are very unfriendly. Once I went there for a back facial ($75), but the esthetician decided that I needed the corrective facial w/o asking me and I was charged $80. I told them that I only ordered the back facial, but the woman said she gave me more time. I thought that was super rude.

I made an appointment for a facial one more time, and the morning of the facial (1.5 hours before), they call me up and say they need to cancel. The receptionist neither apologizes nor offers some kind of discount for the next time (which there never will be). If I had canceled with them less than 24 hours prior, they would have charged me. If you go to dimitra's, expect a good facial, but poor service. They don't know what customer service is there.

Dimitra's. Great treatment staff and excellent attention to detail. Karen is an eyebrow genius. The whole team is very accommodating and they foster a relaxed environment with a strong focus on their clientelle. Dimitra is the backbone of a well-established, high quality establishment.

A Jewel. Dimitra's is clearly a jewel in the day spa arena. The ambiance, professionalism and care is an absolute treat for all who spend time at Dimitra's. You can assume that the quality of goods and services is the absolute highest in the industry. Dimitra takes care to research all products and train her personnel thoroughly. All affiliations are also of the highest quality.
