always good food. Happy Palace is our new best neighborhood place to eat. We used to frequent Hong Sing in Glen Park but the food went downhill so we found Happy Palace. There are always specials and we've never had a bad dish come out of the kitchen. Frankie is the waiter and he's always pleasant and prompt in seating and serving. We had a large party of 37 there not long ago and they were so accommodating, Sam, the owner took very good care of us, serving 37 people is quite a chore with only a few cooks in the kitchen and 3 wait staff but they rose to the occasion.

The food is typical Chinese, my favorite is the salted fish/chicken fried rice, never overly salty.
