Inconsistent. Why do I punish myself by going to this place? I don't know. There's never any parking. The coffee always is either good, or a miss in terms of taste and cleanliness. What's worse is that I bought 2 cupcakes today, and both tasted incredibly artificial, with disgusting frosting. I threw both away after taking just a couple of bites.

Absolutely great staff!. Stopped by this Starbucks before going to the Walgreens several doors down. Absolutely great staff, very professional. Someone accidentally forgot to place my order and when they caught their mistake, promptly told me about it, apologized and decided to comp me my drink.

Great city, San Francisco!
