I ordered my usual, Venti Caramel Macchiato. I ordered my usual, Venti Caramel Macchiato with Whipped Cream and Extra Caramel. Guess what? It came cold, similar to a Frappucino. Yuck!

I've been ordering this for over 10 years now, as far as I remember, and never once have I received it like this.

Four stars still though since I think the Barista is just new at the job and was pretty nice, so couldn't very well get him fired. Maybe just pay close attention to the order next time?

this has got to be the sloooowest starbucks i've been to in a long time.. this has got to be the sloooowest starbucks i've been to in a long time. like they don't drink their own coffee to light a fire from under their baristas.

i live in san francisco, and thank god, coz here we know how to hustle. it's as if everyone's in mexico basking on hot sun or something and no one wanted to bother to do anything, nevertheless work. heaven forbid!
