No longer reliable.
Hard times seem to have hit at Genji. After placing two smaller orders with them within the past few years and getting very good results, we decided to place a substantially larger order with them in 2010. After months of delays, the furniture arrived. We were disappointed that the finishes were not as ordered, drawers did not function well, tops have begun splitting, etc., etc., etc. And now they won't answer their phone or E-mail. Will keep you posted when and if they ever get back to us and rectify the problems we've experienced. It's sad because they've done good work in the past.
