Beware! Get a price quote before service!. I brought my Tag in to get the battery replaced last week. The jeweler asked if I dive with it and if I wanted it waterproof. I replied "yes". He smiled and asked me to return in a week to pick it up as he sent it out to be water tested. I returned today to pick up my watch and received a bill for $170. He explained that he overhauled it and fixed the rotor bezel because it was loose as well as replaced the battery and waterproofed the watch. Even though He had my phone number I was never contacted about these extra services. To no avail I explained that this was a big misunderstanding and I only wanted the battery replaced. I had no choice but to pay or he would not release my watch. He wrote my 5 year warrenty out on the back of his buisness card. I left the store in complete bewilderment.
