A Rose by any other name.... Would not smell as sweet if you sent through teleflora. This is the antithesis of FTD and all those other horrible floral services. Every arrangement I've sent has been beautiful. My dad just sent me flowers for my birthday, and they were georgous! Roses, orchids, hydrangea, and not a carnation in sight.

The only time I've had trouble using their service is when I sent flowers to my Aunt in Rhode Island and never heard anything from her. So, I called and asked to see if the flowers were delivered, and the girl was very nice and polite, and called me back in a timely manner to say that the arrangement had been delivered. I called my Aunt, and she said the flowers were beautiful, but she was just too busy to call and thank me! Go figure.

A+ in my book!. Their web site is beautiful and they always arrange for the best local shops to deliver the most beautiful flowers - anywhere! I have family and friends all over the map and these guys make me look SOOOoOoOoo good. I even called them for centerpeices that I needed for a local dinner party and they took care of everything! Flower rock stars - for sure. Very knowledgable and super friendly.

awful customer service. We ordered flowers for a relative out of town who was less than impressed about the flowers she received after we spent over $100 for a bouquet. As someone who orders flowers on the regular, i was interested after seeing their website. It is all a farce! When I called to express my displeasure, the first person who dealt with my request was very nice, promising to get back to me and arrange to have another arrangement sent-when they called back it was a different story- The manager/owner or whatever was incredibly rude-refusing to send a new arrangement and or refund any part of my money, saying that since i called over 5days after the original delivery, saying that they had to see the flowers in order to understand our complaint. my point is this-they advertise their service as being better than the local ftd and more unique, which validates their higher prices-they are none of the above. Save your money and order from somewhere else-i will NEVER use them again and will make sure everyone I know does the same.
