HORRIBLE!! RUINED MY UGG BOOTS!!. HORRIBLE!!! I took in a pair of Ugg Sheepskin boots that had some water marks on the toe. The assured me when I dropped them off that they were experienced in sheepskin and that they would apply chemicals that would alter the color of the boots to match the slightly darker shade of the watermark. I said that the slight change would be ok. Then I received a phone call telling me to come in and see the color change. THEY WERE PURPLE!! the white trim at the top had been changed to purple and the chestnut color was now gray and completely distorted! This was no slight change. The owner preceded to tell me I should just buy new ones and said they couldn't be worth much. They completely destroyed over $200 of boots and refused to compensate me in any manner for their destruction! Worst customer service ever and even worse business savvy. DO NOT GO TO THEM!!
Very bad service and Oly Dry Cleaning Equipment that ruins clothing. Not only is the Marina Cleaners overpriced but their machines or dry cleaning equipment are old and have ruined a number of expensive clothing items. I would caution all customers who still go to this cleaner to check your clothing at the store prior to leaving or maybe faced with a bad surprise. I am no longer a customer.
Best Dry Cleaner in the City. They are a bit more expensive than most places but it's worth it. They great you with a smile, get the job done right and on time. I highly recommend.
Frankly Rude Customer Service. I have been a loyal customer for the past 2 years. A little pricey, but usually good about getting clothes back timely and alterations performed reasonably well. However, after having taken all my drycleaning and alterations there (at least once a week), I picked up an alteration to find the price different from what I was quoted. When I indicated that the actual charge was different than the quote, the owner/manager started arguing with me and was extremely condescending, asking if I expected it for free. I had not indicated that I wouldn't pay it, in fact had already given him my credit card. I was simply informing him that the quote wasn't clear. He continued to argue with me, and when I said, OK, I just won't use your service any longer, he said fine, so what. I can see I was a valued customer....NOT!
