They have a good amount of space for a bar in the marina and that ample seating is a plus for long days of college football watching. The food menu is very limited for a sports bar. Other marina sports bars are located closer to chestnut and union where you can slip out and find a sandwich to eat during commercial breaks. The Final Final is about 4 or so blocks from a take out restaurant so I'd recommend waiting until half time. All in all it's worth it to seat a big group on popular game days.
Marina sports fans escape the bustle of Chestnut Street at this San Francisco mainstay..
Situated near the Lombard Street entrance to the Presidio, this sports bar used to be the "Final Final" destination for soldiers heading back to the base. Tables, video games and a mainstream jukebox greet revelers upon entering. The place is fairly large with a U-shaped bar dominating the front room and two pool tables in the back. Bay Area sports memorabilia and nine TVs line the walls.
Great Experience. We were loud, we were drunk and we had a blast! I have to give the highest kudos possible to the bartender who gave us the best customer service imaginable while ensuring that we were happy and leaving in a safe way. More than once he offered to hail cabs for us so that we didn't get on the road in bad shape. And he was fun and the pefect person to have behind the counter on the night we were there. I can't wait for another trip back to the city to go there!!
