Editorial Review for Pizza Orgasmica – by Alex von Krogh
The Scene
Taking a somewhat different approach to slinging pies, this theme-based establishment is sure to leave a smile on diners' faces. A tiny rectangular eating area, painted a lively yellow, makes for a fun and relaxed scene and offers a good place to take in the neighborhood's beautiful people when they're dressed down and casual.
The Food
With names like Ménage a Trois, Doggie Style and Ecstasy, these pies offer a uniquely Californian take on tradition. The crust, thin and crispy enough to hold its shape when picked up, is savory. A complex, seasoned tomato sauce is used sparingly, but to sublime effect. Fresh ingredients, from meats to seafood, sauces and veggies, are often delectable. Some combinations, like Brazilian-style chicken with corn and bianca cheese (called Girl From Ipanema), are the kind of singular culinary creations that breed loyal customers.

I can't speak to the Fillmore location, but pizza from the Clement store is truly awful (and overpriced to boot). I had it once 6 months ago, and didn't like it. Just tried it again, thinking maybe the first time was a fluke. Nope. They try to be hip by offerring unusual toppings, and by giving their pizza's provocative names, but this is Domino's quality pizza at triple the cost. Stay away.
Pros: None

I haven't dined inside the restaurant, but once ordered a pizza for delivery, key word: ONCE. Overly long wait time, soggy cold pizza and limp veggies.I should have known better than to try the Clement location, but I gave it a chance and it was twice as bad.
Pros: slightly better than frozen
