DPH Health score of 6 out of 100. I don't care what the food is like - any place that consistently gets a Department of Public Health safety rating below 50 is dubious, and these guys managed to get 6 out of 100, an all time record for San Francisco: search at cleanscores dot com (I'd link directly, but citysearch doesn't seem to allow it) I wouldn't eat there if you paid me to.

Good Veggie Chinese, Albeit a Little Greasy. It's funny how polarizing these reviews are. Feng Shui is absolutely fine; I don't think it's fantastic or bad--just fine. No matter what you say though, the veggie options are good, from the hot & sour soup to their mock chicken options. The delivery is also pretty speedy. Relatively consistent.

Insanely Fast Delivery. I don't know what all these people are complaining about. Listen, the food is not the best Chinese I've ever had, and the Sesame Chicken is a little too mysterious for my liking, but how can you complain about delivery time? Sometimes it feels like theyre cooking up my food in my own basement, and there are times where I've literally had my food in 20 minutes. Granted I live right in the Marina, but I would definitely have to cut them some slack on this point. But yes, the foods not that great, and the devliery and phone people arent exactly dolls either.

Editorial Review. In the Marina, reliable neighborhood spot pleases locals with fast, fresh Hunan and Mandarin Chinese takeout.

Lack of delivery to Little Chinatown???. Anyone who lives at 20th and Clement and whines about lack of delivery from the Marina should order from any number of excellent places in little Chinatown. Hello??? You're in the midst of a huge number of excellent restaurants that you could walk to. Get off your couch and move. Thank you.

Long wait for cold food;. I live exactly 1.3 miles from this place and it took over an hour for my food to get here. We even share the same cross street.

I ordered fried prawns which were all dough and chewy. It didn't help that they were cold and served on lettuce so they got wet. The sweet and sour pork was just so,so. The General's Chicken out-right sucked.It was way too sweet.

I will never order from this place again and neither should you.

Bad Service. At one time this was a restaurant that I would have recommended to everyone, however, not anymore. I called this restaurant once recently to place a delivery order, like I have several times, and was told that they do not delivery to my neighborhood and never have.

This of course was untrue, since I had just had an order delivered a few days earlier to the same address. I was told by the "manager" eventually that he has never sent a "guy" out to where I am at, and eventually said he would this time only. I felt this was poor service, and now this place has lost a customer.

This place is located at Pirece and Lombard in the Marina, and I am at 20th and Clement in the Richmond District, which is only 3.83 miles and 7 minutes drive distance. Poor, porr service here.
