Horrible customer service. The clerk was overbearing and would not leave me alone. Very aggressive and would not listen to me when I told her I was not interested in the items she was offering me.

Clothing was nice but the customer service left a bad taste in my mouth

If you can stand the rude sales staff, I'd say this is a decent place to shop. I have rated this store a below average only because of the customer service. I will not return to this shop again.

This Union Street women's boutique is home of the colorful, textured, Beluva jacket.. The Scene
Owner-designer Firuze Hariri opened her upscale women's apparel store over 25 years ago. Since then, her roomy Cow Hollow shop has more than doubled from its original size. Firuze's clothing and jewelry mostly caters to the professional crowd between the ages of 30 to 50.

The Goods
This store offers contemporary women's clothing with the quality of designer apparel--sans the elevated price tag. The novelty jacket-line called Beluva San Francisco is the flagship of the Union Street store. These textured, almost upholstery-like jackets are the perfect layer, day or night in the Bay Area. Round out your outfit with other items from the store. The owner picks pieces that work around these intricately designed coats. Other brands include Garfield and Marks suits, Cambio denim, and Isabel De Pedro's Mr. Cat Spanish-style t-shirts.
